calmbirth® prenatal course
If you have previously birthed with the calmbirth® program, a four hour refresher program is offered to you and your partner.
This program will include:
- Birth discussion or debriefing

Supporting the birthing mum

Revision of the relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques
This refresher is all you need "to top up" for the rest of the pregnancy and birth. Calmbirth® Refresher is offered in group or private session.
