Calmbirth Refresher

For all calmbirth® mums and dads who have previously birthed with the calmbirth® prenatal program, then a refresher is all you need to top up for this pregnancy and birth!

A refresher is a special time to set aside for this baby, to remind you of your inner resources, look at what you would like to change and talk about what was really effective. If you have previously done the calmbirth® program with Louise, you are invited to attend the course, of part thereof, for a minimal charge of $100. Alternatively you may want to attend a one on one time as detailed below.

If you have attended the calmbirth® program with another practitioner, there are a few options: Attend a full course again, the cost is $250 or you may wish for a four hour refresher with your partner and this program will include:

  • Birth discussion or debriefing
  • Supporting the birthing mum
  • Revision of the relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques

This refresher is all you need "to top up" for the rest of the pregnancy and birth. Cost is $250.
