For all calmbirth® mums and dads who have previously birthed with the calmbirth® prenatal program, then a refresher is all you need to top up for this pregnancy and birth!

calmbirth® prenatal course

If you have previously birthed with the calmbirth® program, a four hour refresher program is offered to you and your partner.
This program will include:

• Birth discussion or debriefing
• Supporting the birthing mum
• Revision of the relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques

This refresher is all you need "to top up" for the rest of the pregnancy and birth. Calmbirth® Refresher is offered in group or private session.
