One Day Birth and Parenting Prenatal Program

This comprehensive one day prenatal program provides information on all aspects of birth and parenting a newborn baby.

9am – 5.00 pm.

$200 per couple for full day
$140 for Birth Program - 4 hours
$90 for Parenting Program - 3 hours

Details:

• Morning and afternoon tea provided.
• Local cafes open for lunch
• Wear loose comfortable clothing

Cost includes Comprehensive birth books Preparation for Birth – Mother and Preparation for Birth – Father and From the Heart, a book of inspiring and positive birth stories.
